SHIPPING POLICY

At Bodhi Boy, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Please note: Our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order, which helps us reduce waste and offer you unique designs. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing (if available)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-20 business days after processing
- Delivery times vary by destination country
Important: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility and terms will be displayed at checkout.
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- All 50 US states
- International destinations (select countries)
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.
Please note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after you receive the notification.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at chat@bodhiboychat.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Carrier Responsibility: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.
Missing Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mailrooms, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please contact us at chat@bodhiboychat.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chat@bodhiboychat.com.

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at chat@bodhiboychat.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to have the order resent.
11. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA) CUSTOMERS
Delivery Information: Under EU consumer protection laws, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will inform you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Import Duties and Taxes: For shipments to the EEA, customs duties, VAT, and other import fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delivery Disclosure: All shipping and delivery costs are disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
12. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs Forms: For international orders, we complete customs forms accurately and honestly. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue products to help avoid customs fees, as this is illegal.
Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Restricted Items: Some countries restrict certain products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you order can be legally imported into your country.
13. HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will post notices on our website if extended delays are expected.
14. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at chat@bodhiboychat.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
15. MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments at different times.
